Holding a constant temperature across the screen frame is imperative if you require high quality results when screen printing. Double doors for front loading and laminated top are standard as well as a digial thermostic temperature controller. The standard cabinets are set with a maximum temperature of 40 degrees centagrade with higher temperatures as an optional extra. We can also offer an illumiated top for the screen drying cabinets as an option. Our standard dryers are supplied with 6 horizontal shelves however we can offer larger number of horizontal shelving or a verticle screen drying cabinet if you require. Both omega 1 and Omego 2 use 3kw elements and are single phase 16 amps. omega3. uses 2 x 3kw elements and is 3 phase, 30 amps, 415 volts supply.

We also offer a combination unit with a LED or Actinic UV exposure unit above a Drying Cabinets. Which is great for using less for space. Two fantastic units in one.
