UV Self contained exposure units are high quality, floor standing, heavy duty construction machines.
Available in a range of sizes and lamp power outputs 1, 2 & 5kw. Each model comes with a very high specification as standard. The design features a rapid start uv metal halide point light source.
The light source is situated below with a glass and flexi rubber vacuum blanket ontop which creates a vacuum to hold the screen frame into position while exposure is taking place. An aluminium reflector surrounds the lamp to provide even light spread and high quality exposures. The high power metal halide bulb provides optimal exposure wavelength for stencils. Metal halide diazo (420nm) lamps are supplied as standard and photopolymer (365nm) lamps can be supplied as optional. A digital integrator timer can be supplied as an optional extra. The integrator is a very useful feature which ensures constant exposures. It accurately measures the light intensity from the bulb and compensates for its degeneration overtime. The vacuum pump is high powered and delivers a very fast and strong contact. The units are completely uv sealed, more compact and safer to use in modern environments than seperate light sources and vacuum frames. Made with safety in mind with the latest lamp cut-off facility ensures operator safety. All units are made to a modular design so they can be dismantled to fit through doorways and staircases for installation.

All models are available as 1.2kw, single phase, 240 volts, 13 pin plug. Or 2kw, 20 amp, single phase. Model 3 is available as 5kw, 3 phase, 415 volts.
